Pizza 2: Villa is a 2013 Tamil horror thriller movie directed by Deepan Chakravarthy and starring Ashok Selvan, Sanchita Shetty, Nassar and Anjali Rao. It is a sequel to the 2012 movie Pizza, but has a different plot and characters. The movie was also dubbed in Telugu as Villa (Pizza 2).

Plot Summary

The movie revolves around Jebin (Ashok Selvan), a struggling novelist who inherits a villa from his late father (Nassar). He moves in with his girlfriend Aarthi (Sanchita Shetty), who is an artist. Jebin hopes to finish his novel and sell it for a good price. He also discovers that his father was a painter and had hidden some of his paintings in the villa.

However, strange things start to happen in the villa. Jebin hears his father's voice from beyond the grave, giving him instructions and warnings. He also finds out that his father had made a deal with a zamindar (Veera Santhanam) to sell the villa, but had backed out at the last moment. The zamindar is now after the villa and its secrets.

Jebin becomes obsessed with his father's paintings, which seem to depict his past and future. He realizes that his father had a gift of precognition and had painted the events of his life and death. He also learns that his father had predicted his own demise and had tried to save him from a similar fate.

As Jebin unravels the mystery of the villa and his father's paintings, he faces danger from the zamindar and his henchmen, who want to take over the villa and its treasures. He also has to deal with his own doubts and fears, as well as his relationship with Aarthi, who feels neglected by him.
